Cancellation & No Show

We kindly ask that you provide us with at minimum 24hrs notice of cancellation. We recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advanced notice, however, as a courtesy please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to rebook you. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice. In addition we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total service fee for appointments that are missed without notice. Thank you for respecting our employees time and schedules. A credit card is required at the time of booking and will only be charged if cancellation policy requirements are not met. A DEPOSIT BE E-TRANSFER OR CASH OR IN PERSON ON CARD CAN ALSO BE USED TO HOLD BOOKING. We thank you for respecting our schedules.


Running Late

Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled OR ALTERED TO FIT INTO REMAINING TIME. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late for your appointment. Cancellation & No Show policy may be applied (please see above policy).


Child Safety

Due to safety considerations and liability, We do not perform services on children under the age of 12. We work with sharp shears, hot tools, chemicals and other salon equipment that may pose a potential threat to your little ones. Parents who bring children under the age of 12 to their appointments may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation & no show policy applied. If something were to happen to your child at our salon it would be devastating to you, your family, as well as ours. For this reason we ask that parents visit our salon without their children.


Guests


We are a small boutique salon and our waiting area is cozy. Due to limited available space and seating, Please refrain from bringing other guests with you to wait while we are providing your service.


Right to Refuse Service

Our Salon and Staff have the right to refuse service anyone treating our staff and our other guests with anything other than respect. Improper, demeaning and threatening behavior or Language will not be tolerated. Our team also reserves the right to deny service to any parties not deeming fit after a thorough consultation.

 

Refunds and Re-coloring & Re-cutting

Products and tools are all final sale unless proven defective withen 2 weeks of purchase. then product will be replaced with product of equal value.

at our salon we understand that sometime minor adjustments may needed to be made after a service. however, please note we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Re-coloring & re-cutting will be evaluated on an individual bases. any minor adjustments may be made within 1 week of appointment. any other adjustments will be evaluated as to cause for concern. re-coloring & re-cutting may be subject to a fee. color longevity is dependant on many outside factors including the individuals hair texture, health of hair, hair history, and at home maintainance. professional salon product must be used at home on professional color servIces to maintain your color. we can only guarantee your hair color if products are purchased directly through the salon and your hair has had a healthy starting point. (PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH OUTLETS SUCH AS AMAZON/WINNERS, ETC, MAY NOT BE AS LABELLED AND CANNOT BE A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT)

PLEASE NOTE minor ADJUSTMENTS TO SERVICES ARE MEANT TO COVER ANY CASES WHERE AN ERROR HAS BEEN MADE ON OUR PART. the original service provider will be the only one to offer an adjustment to service. a change of mind on serviceor service provider will need to be rescheduled for a new full service.

for color correcting it may take multiple sessions to achieve and maintain goals, especially if hair has been previously colored or any damage exists.
